6th month checkup at 9:30 Monday

Well, I go in for my 6th month checkup tomorrow. (Monday) I have to say I'm excited and nervous. I can't wait to see how my measurements have gone down...... As some of you know I've been struggling for awhile, eating some foods I shouldn't.......I wish I would of never strayed because it's so hard to get back on track. I thought I had it under control and Bam here it is again..........Carbs are the devil........ I need help so I have a ton of questions for the Bariatric nurse, I will post my questions and her answers, maybe it will help someone else on here that has gone off track.....
