Lisa Joy....first of all you look fabulous!! What ever you are doing you are doing it right!! My menu today.... Water at least 16 ounces B-yogurt w/ Kashi Go Lean cereal mixed in it and string cheese plenty of water..... S-blueberries plenty of water....... L-cod and green beans with bacon plenty of water...... S-apple slices  w/peanut butter plenty of water...... D-steak with mushrooms and onions and cooked baby carrots plenty of water........ S-sugar free pudding More water...in .most of my water I use crystal light. Water has always been my favortie drink and now I like it even more.  Hugs, connie d

Thank you so much!  This is SO helpful!  It's good others appreciate the ideas too.  I'm printing this out and adding to my book.  Love these ideas.  :O) p.s......I went to the Boundry Waters a couple weeks ago.  This picture was taken minutes before I tipped over in my kyack! Ha!  Never a dull moment!

Lisa Joy.....I don't know how it is now but the Boundry Waters is an awesome place to be. When I was married to my first husband we went there several times. We went with other couples and it was wonderful....except the portaging....UGH!! Hugs, connie d

We did it the fru fru way....we stayed in a rugged cabin and kyacked on just one lake!  :O)    That's my way of wxoeriencing the BW!!!!
