My menu today....
Water at least 16 ounces
B-yogurt w/ Kashi Go Lean cereal mixed in it and string cheese
plenty of water.....
S-blueberries
plenty of water.......
L-cod and green beans with bacon
plenty of water......
S-apple slices w/peanut butter
plenty of water......
D-steak with mushrooms and onions and cooked baby carrots
plenty of water........
S-sugar free pudding
More water...in .most of my water I use crystal light.
Water has always been my favortie drink and now I like it even more.

p.s......I went to the Boundry Waters a couple weeks ago. This picture was taken minutes before I tipped over in my kyack! Ha! Never a dull moment!
