Your ideal day of nutrition?
I am looking for what you would have in your ideal day of eating. Sometimes I get in such a rut with the same old foods. So, tell me what YOUR days look like........please.
Mine:
cottage cheese
milk with CIB in it.
water, water, water
grilled chicken, black beans
water,water, water
Starbucks: half caff. skinny cinn. dolche latte
cheese
water, water, water
cottage cheese or meat
100 calorie popcorn
Start Weight: 256
Today: 171
Down: 85
Still want to lose: 31
BMI 30.4
For me it would look something like this: 7:30 am-Special K or Luna protien bar, 20 oz water, 11:00 am-cheese and spelt pretzles, 16 oz water, 1:15 pm-chicken breast, mixed greens, carrots and Light salad dressing and a few whole wheat crackers, 32 oz water, 4:00 pm-yogurt, 20 oz water, 7:00 pm-chicken breast and steamed veggies, 20 oz water.

Mine: (On a good day)
Hot tea- 16 oz. (right away)
16 oz. water
Breakfast-Egg and 1/2 toast
36 oz. water
Lunch- 1/2 c. Tuna salad on lettuce and fruit
16 oz. water
Snack- yogurt or granola bar or fruit or sunflower seeds
Supper- 2 oz. Steak or Pork chop or chicken or Fish, 1/8 c. cooked veggie, 2T. potatoes
16 oz. water

Hey Lisa love the new avatar! Too Cute. Here is what my meals looks like these days. Breakfast~String cheese or Pudding (I'm not much for breakfast) Lunch~Frozen meal (Weigh****chers or lean cusine), subway wrap, or chicken ceasar salad. Dinner~ Some sort of chicken with veggies, I do have some fruit a little later in the evening. Wishing you all the best!!
Here's what I'm eating today....
breakfast
1 egg scrambled with 1 FF sausage and cheese mixed in it
snack
protein drink
lunch
taco balls
snack
watermelon
dinner
roast and carrots
snack
SF popsicle and sunflower seeds
In between, I drink water, water and more water. And if I feel my protein is lower than I planned (if I don't eat all I plan to) I'll do a SF CIB in there somewhere too.

Breakfast-1/2 english muffin w/ peanut butter to go with my coffee w/SFCoffee Mate. Or a South Beach bar.
WATER
Lunch---a Tuna snack kit (Oceans has a pre-packed lite tuna salad, and some Ritz crackers. 109 calories, 20 g protein), or cottage cheese with SF fruit ****tail, or beef jerky. Depends where I am.
WATER
Supper-main meal of the day. 3-4 oz. protein like fish or beef or chicken. Side dish of whatever. (MMMmm...whatever!!!) I like pork 'n beans--good source of protein.
I snack on beef jerky or nuts or fruit. (And I do struggle getting in all the water.)

7:00 Cottage cheese or turkey again with a few crackers. Sometimes I make a chicken salad w/ canned white meat, cheese, LF Mayo, eggs and onion.
In the evening I will have a SF popsicle of sf pudding sometimes.
