6-22 Today I will

Today I WILL: - concentrate on getting in plenty of water - vitamins - protein first! - finish Domi's blanket!!! - track my food        * 2 cups coffee
       * 1 serving cream of wheat with 2%milk and 1/2 scoop PP
       * cold shrimp with ****tail sauce        * 20oz water        * 1/4 C lasagna Yesterday I: - WALK!!! and listen to my music    
yes I did!  I keep getting way laid by the kids though lol  had to stop and snuggle my grand daughter
- eat smart and track here     not sure how smart it was and the ice cream was a major treat that I probably shouldn't have had but I did.  Period.  I also enjoyed it and won't do it again for a long while.  That's what treats are.  ok... did I rationalize that well enough?  lol        * 3 cups coffee with SF creamer
       * 1 package oatmeal with 1/2 scoop PP        * went to the buffet and I had a salad; 1T seafood salad; 2T cottage cheese; 1 small piece of rib; 1/2C beef barley soup; bite of scrambled egg and a mini creampuff        * 1/2C coconut ice cream in waffle bowl (smallest they had)     
- play with the pups and not forget my own pups in the madhouse!!    
I did spend time with everyone.  It's getting hard again with all the dogs here.  Fiji doesn't want to leave my side so she's in the craftroom where I can pet her while on the computer... I spent some time in bed last night loving up the house dogs  :)  I'm working up a schedule for grooming so each dog will get some alone time with Mom. - get some sun     not happening - maybe work in my gardens! and plant a couple of hanging baskets for the pole - wave petunias maybe!     I did go out and get some plants.  It's getting hard to find anything that isn't those wave things.  I got enough to plant 4-5 pots so hope to get those done up today.  I've got to weed the gardens though and see what else I need to put in.

Good Morning!  I slept in a lot today and boy did it feel good! Today I will...drink at least 100 ounces of liquid (crystal light and water), make good food choices (we are having a graduation/going away party for my brother), get in some exercise if there is time, and spend time with family I don't always get to see.  Yesterday I...drink 100 ounce of non-alcoholic beverages--yup and NO alcohol I was the designated driver for the night, not snack so much after dinner (this is my biggest weakness right now)--didn't snac****il we gothome (around midnight it had been 4 5 hours since we had eaten dinner and I was really hungry),be social with people from high school (I have seen one person so far today and that conversation lasted all of 2 minutes, but she wasn't to chatty so hopefully things are better tonight)--I only ran into one person from HS and she and I had a good talk (although I did not share about my WLS), go for a run/walk--yup did 3.5 miles inj 46 minutes!, and enjoy time with my family--yup it was a good day/night!

Wow, Nicole, you packed in a lot of stuff yesterday.    Since I posted so late last night I posted most of my updates right along side.  Today I am having some slight pain in the muscle below one of my incisions.  I think it's maybe starting to heal or maybe I've been pushing the lifting more than I should have.  I better watch it, in any case. Today I will... - Drink at least 80oz. water (or Crystal Light) - Get the house picked up a little so I'm not thinking about it when I go to work (but have DH do any lifting or bending so I'm not putting strain on my abdomen) - Just relax (will not have much chance to do that again for a couple of weeks so should enjoy it today). So, as you all can see, I plan to be a bum today and proud of it!  Enjoy your Sunday!

I think that sounds like a good day...relaxe before you have to go back to work and it is always better to be safe than sorry with muscle pain after a surgery.  I hope you are enjoying a nice relaxing day!
