boppin in
Hey folks, it's been a long stressful week for me i put in almost 73 hrs at work and by the end of Sunday I will have logged 12 soccer games. Summer is here finally and the warm glow of the sun is finally making me feel warm( when i get a chance to get out side). My family has the air conditioner on so I still have to have the heated matress pad turned on for my side of the bed WTF!!!! Little info on me and my progress- I will be 6 months out on 7/11 and i'm still working the tool as best I can. Some days are better than other as you all know the temptations and head hunger play a big role on this journey. I have made remarkable progress, but by all means it hasn't been perfect! I'm human and we all make mistakes. It's what we do and who we can lean on to make sure those mistakes are alot fewer. I'm stayin as active as i possible can and everyday I pray to God too give me the patients to deal with some of the mental issues that arrive. I will be missin coffee again for the 2nd Sat. in a row!!! My boys need there dad as a coach and a cheerleader for their soccer games. So if there is anybody out there who lives by lakeville south high school I have a game on field 3 at 830am and 230pm. If you bring me coffee I'll give ya a huge huge:) and introduce ya too my fam's wife and all. With that note hope you all have a safe and happy weekend.
Love ya all
Troy
Troy,
I see your up early too. We camped out in a tent last night, it was fun, but ohhh my aching body.
Sounds like your being a good Daddy, our son is in T-ball right now then come the end of July he starts soccer.
A heated blanket? Wow........I could have used one last night in the tent. brrrrr.
Someday I hope we can meet at a coffee. You have done such a great job in your WL journey, I see my Bariatric nurse Monday and have so many questions for her........
Have a wonderful weekend, Kelly
Congrats for two things. One, for being so upbeat and positive - and for working so hard on your weight loss.
Second and most important, THANK YOU for being an involved dad to your kids. Spending time with them and being an involved dad is the best gift you can give them.
Enjoy the soccer games! And then jump in the pool when you get home! :)
