Thanks Amy - great reminder post! Isn't it amazing that God loves us unconditionally no matter what? I think there's a lot of people out there that feel so beat-up by the world and themselves that they just can't possibly fathom a God that LOVES them. But, no matter what negative talk we have for ourselves, it's the absolute truth so whether we accept God's love or not - that's on us. Yup, no shame here! God's loved, provided, cared for, guided, and saved me far too much to be ashamed. Would you be ashamed of a friend that saved your life in a rescue? No way - they'd put ithat story on the freakin' evening news!!! Have a super, fantastic Sunday everybody! Sharon

Yup, it's true.  And YOU, my precious Amy, are an awesome human chick.  I'm still in "catch up on posts" mode following my return from Atlanta, just trying to read through as many as I can.   Still looking for your appeal update, not there yet, assuming it's in here somewhere....   Coming here, going to coffee get togethers, support groups and such is a GINORMOUS help on this journey from obesity.  But it DOES have to come from within.  The readiness, the committment, the faith.  THAT is where the true success will come from.  Took me til I was 45 to reach that point, but dang, it feels good! Love you
