I cannot believe this!! I bought and actually FIT into size 10 capri!!! Again--the maker does make a difference--and the company who made these short pants is called 'BASS". This is not a familiar manufacturer. But hey---I'll take it!! Not only do these capri fit, but I can breathe while I wear them!! HOLY moly!! I never even dreamed about wearing this small of size!! And this is after my 3rd year surgiversary!!
