Should I worry?

I am 11 months out and have lost 130 pounds. I am below my goal of 130 and perhaps it is the voices of friends and family that is influencing me...I am getting a bit concerned that I continue to lose weight. It has definitely slowed down but I still am losing 1-2 pounds per week. I am down to a size 2 from a size 24. Should I be worried that I am still losing? I feel fine.

As the wise Linda Anne posted a while back from the grad's board, the bod's gonna do what it's gonna do.  It will stop when it is done, and then you can have a rebound where you will gain a little back.   I too lost and lost and lost, and got worried.  But then I remembered Linda's post and stopped worrying -- when comments were made I just told them that when the body is done, it will stop.  That's the way it works.   Right after that, bam -- one day no more loss at exactly 7 months and 105 pounds out.  Guess the body is done.   If you are real concerned and don't want to lose any more, add a few calories to your mid morning food -- like a fattier protein bar, fattier nuts, etc.  Healthy but with more calories and fat -- that will keep you from losing or gaining. And if you still are worried, call the doctor and ask them.  If your blood work is all normal, they'll probably tell you to go with the flow.....

It's okay -- really!!! XXOO -- Welcome to the world of "you're done aren't you?" from everyone!!!  Funny how they didn't ask me if I was done gaining!!!! AND GET A NEW AVATAR!!!!

Wow Ramona, from a 24 to a 2...that's amazing and a huge change. I think Barb's advise sounds right on. Congratulations, you've done a wonderful job.

LOL here I am... like a bad penny!   No worries .... more than likely its the voices from others that are freaking you out.  Boy I wish people wouldnt do that.... anyways.  I would suggest adding a healthy snack a day... like a Kashi bar....  You will be ok I promise.. just eat abit more and youll find your balance I promise. (((HUGS)))  You are just fine!  Don't worry unless you doc's say otherwise!  Pi****hose who are giving you the comments are the ones who knew you size 24, right?  I got the same comments from the people who knew me as heavier but not from those who never knew.  I originally only dreamed of getting down to 150(for my height that is considered overweight) and I am 128 so let it roll of you like water off your back!  You are doing great!  CONGRATS!
