6/17 Today I will...

Good Morning!  It lloks like today is going to be another beautiful day.  I will go ahead and start us off this morning.  Today I will...drink at least 100 ounces of water before 9:00 pm, go to C2 yoga class at 6:30, go to contact check up, be mindful of my eating, and get to bed a little earlier.  Yesterday I...drink 100 ounces of water/liquid--yup got in 108 ounces, eat dinner before 8:00--yup ended up heating a frozen burrito, but at least I was able to eat before 8:00, go to yoga (probably C2 class, but maybe sculpt I haven't decided yet)--yup took a C2 class and it totally rocked!, be productive at work today (still playing catch up from vacation)--yup I got all of my accounts done and enjoy the beautiful weather outside--yup, I sat outside and talked on the phone with my sister before yoga class!

Good Morning Girlfriend!!!  Great job on the yoga last night and the credit card stuff!  I may be reaching out for strength training on some of that -ex stuff  :)

Today is sunny and bright and I'm going to keep my mood the same!  I think I'm over the exhaustion of the weekend but the glow is still here and the ideas are churning for next year already  :)  I love having something to be excited over!! Today I WILL: - eat NO fried food - drink plenty of water - vitamins especially the evening ones!!! - walk!! Yesterday I: - eat right     too darn much fried food.  I seriously have to break this!
- drink right     need more water but I was better than I was over the weekend - vitamins     For some reason I bypass the evening ones.  It was easier when I was working because I would pop them as I went out the door... I need a trigger. - walk     my legs hurt so bad from running up and down the uneven ground I walked but only a mile.  Today will be better!

Thanks Lori!  Feel free to PM me any time you need some support in dealing with the ex, it has been a long road but I am finally free of all that past garbage!  It is great that you have recovered from the weekend but are still excited and planning for next year it will help to keep you busy.  Is there any way you set an alarm somewhere in your house to go off when you need to take your evening meds?  I only take mine in the morning and then calcium with the other two meals so I am not sure of any other advise to give you on that.  The fried foods can be difficult to break once we start indulging in them again.  Luckily I was only in Kentucky for just over a week because that was enough fried food for me!  I hope you have a great day and get out and enjoy this beautiful weather!

It is a gorgeous morning and I'm starting to get used to being off work.  I better be careful or I'll start to think of this as a vacation and I wouldn't want to have fun during my surgery recovery.  Today I will... 1) develop a schedule for eating, water consumption, vitamin taking and stick to it, 2) go for 2 different 30 minute walks to try to build up my stamina, 3) make a grocery shopping list for tomorrow night since I start solids on Friday and have other plans for Thursday night (woo hoo!), 4) cave in and take a sleep aid tonight since I haven't been taking any pain meds during the day but am not sleeping restfully at night.  Yesterday I...drink at least 64 oz. water timed appropriately so that my pouchie doesn't protest violently - yes, I was able to drink about 68oz. water before pouchie said ENOUGH, get in ALL of my vitamins and supplements now that I have them in manageable doses - yes, the schedule really helped with this as did a one a day vitamin., eat 3 meals today no matter how small and remember to take my actigall during two of them, - yes, again, the schedule helped. do my Lovenox shots - yup, get in a couple of hours of work today - nope, I figured why be a workaholic? , work on finding a hobby that is interesting to me now - joined a book subscription club, found many weekend activities to do throughout the summer, made a list of DVDs that I want to watch...I think that I'm good on this now.
