Tuesday Coffee Talk

Good Tuesday morning everyone!  Time to rise and shine!  It's going to be a WONDERFUL day!  The best day of our lives. 

Our challenge today is to be joyful.  It's a lot better to be a person of joy than a person who walks around hanging their head.  You have a lot to be joyful for.  You are alive!  You have a new chance at life being skinny.  You have family and friends that love you.  You have ME that loves you!  HEHEHEHE  Reason enough right there to be FULL of joy!  A person that hangs their head all the time shows unsureness.  Get some boldness, raise your head and realize YOU ARE HAPPY AND FULL OF JOY!

So, who's up this morning?  What cha sipping on?  Me?  I'm LOVING me some Elvis coffee that my Baby, Lucy got me from Graceland last month.  I don't know much about Elvis, but I know this coffee sho nuff is GOOD!  Got me all shook up this morning!  HAHAHAHAHA  I just had to.   Excuse my humor this morning.  I woke up RESTED and FEELING FULL OF JOY!  Have a great Tuesday!

Uh... Randall, about that not knowing much about Elvis? Yeah - that's going to come to an end REAL SOON.  He will be the third party in your marriage, ya know.  Not to worry tho, reports of his being alive are largely false.  In fact, Lucy and I were discussing plans for that 4th bedroom in your new house.  Something about an Elvis shrine...  You DO find joy in gold lame' jumpsuits, right?   Sorry, I just had to    I was GOING to call you last Saturday to give you a heads-up on the shrine... HA!!! All this teasing brings me JOY!!!  HAVE A HAPPY DAY!!!

Good Afternoon!  Sorry I didn't get a chance to get to this, this morning, but I am glad I read it today.  I am joyful and I am letting the world know it!  My life has changed so much and all for the better in the last year that I am shouting from the rooftops how joyful I am!  I agree we need to let the joy within us show to all of those around us, because what good isjoy if you just keep it a secret inside.  WLS is definitley a cause for joy and the health that we are gaining from working our tool is absolutely wonderful!  Right now I am sipping on my bottle of Aquafina water hoping to get this whole liter down before I have to quit 1/2 before lunch.  I am looking forward to meeting you next week!  I hope you have a joyful day!  ~Nicole
