I am currently into the SF caramel FF latte's at Starbucks and Caribou. And they DO satisfy my ice cream craving now that you mention it. I'll have to try these international coffees. I haven't tried them in years. Your pic is AWESOME. You look FABULOUS. Where are you anyway? I like it there.

OOOOO I forgot...egg custards rock for cravings!  Made with egg whites and ff evap. milk... splenda cinnamon and vannila sf pudding.......... sigh........... they are a dream!

The picture is on my little front porch and I love it there too.  I'll have to add pictures of all of my flower beds when they are in full bloom.  I have added some to my pics last year.   Do try the coffee's they're really great and you can't drink them fast because they're hot LOL. Bonnie

"Tough it out." What a concept. I seriously never considered that. LIVE with the head hunger, KNOWING it WILL pass. I just love this board. Look at all the good advice I got. Thanks.

Hey! I had that day yesterday.... I chugged water....lots of it.... and I went online. It's horrible.... that stupid head hunger.

2019: 11 years out and maintaining a loss of 150lbs.

hi debbie I think on those days if you really need to have a snack concentrate on protein of sme sort like yogart or a cheese stick or even having some type of meat. It will satify you longer and take care of the craving much better. Jim
