I am having a VERY HUNGRY DAY! I thought I was just tired so took a nap and slept TWO hours and I woke starving. I hate days like this. It feels like I'll never get to goal. What do you eat on hungry days when managing to stay healthy/on plan?

Oh I hate those days!!!  I want to eat and eat and eat.  But I don't -- I try clothes on instead and drink a ton of water.  And when I see the sizes I'm in, I'm not so hungry any more!!!  So keep drinking water, sticking to the plan and march toward your goals!!!  You can do it......Fight the head hunger..... "Get out of the house" kept going through my mind. I didn't want to spend any money so I stayed in and thought about food all day. I think I should have gone out and tried on clothes to see the lowest size I'd fit into. What a great idea! Thanks Barb.

Debra, I'd like to say I don't give in but I do, Im human.........I try to stick to fruit, especially watermelon or cantelope, the sweetness also curbs my sweet tooth.........Plus watermelon is mostly water and fills you up..........Otherwise if you can't eat fruit I'd suggest a protein bar. Lately I've been hungry too......Keep plugging away. Kelly

Summer fruits....yummy. I have blueberries and ate some of those. It's just that the word "ice cream" kept creeping into my brain.  I thought I had to have it. I see we have the same amount left to lose!

My kids!!!!! LOL they are already drivin me insane.  I tend to look outside or find some exercise to get the chemical endorphines in my body rollin.  This helps to curb strong cravings.  Hope this helps. T-Diddy

LOL.....those kids DO have a way of driving us crazy and it should burn more calories! Exercise is a way of curbing that appetite, at least for a while. I just got back from a walk now and am drinking the water and planning for a better day tomorrow. I do confess I ate ice cream today. It is my weakness.

I drink the International Coffee in the SF flavors and sometimes put a little dollop of SF whipped cream on top.  I have one every evening and if I'm hungry during the day that seems to satisfy.  I love the French Vanilla and it's only 30 calories.  NUM! Bonnie
