$10.00 is the most I would spend on my Silver jeans that I love so much.   Way to go on your Lucky jeans deal.

Wow that is a great find!  It's amazing the things you can find at places like Good Will.  I will have to keep them in mind when I shrink down to my next size (which hopefully will be soon).

Another place to go for good deals on really nice clothes is Opitz in St. Louis Park.

I used to live like 3 blocks from there but never ventured in after WLS olnly before and there were very few clothes my size, I bet if I went now I could find a lot of stuff.  Thank you for the reminder!

Don't you love it!  I found an Oleg Cassini (sp) wedding gown in perfect condition at Savers once.  They only wanted $43.00 for it, to bad I didn't know anyone getting married!

If it fit me I would have bought it and watched it just sit in my closet...   for some reason I have to buy things (even if I won't use them) if I think I'm getting a really great deal.

Yep, I'm guilty of that too.  But I do find uses for some of the stuff as time goes by.  The dress was to small for my daughter, and after being married 25 years I couldn't justify buying it for me.  But I thought hard on how to justify it!  Of course later I thought damn I should have bought it and sold it for more on eBay or something, then I could have went out and bought more crap!

I really do need to learn to be a Goodwill shopper!  I had every intention of stopping there after MG coffee on Saturday, but the day got away from me and I passed it before I remembered!  I may have to see if I can get there before I leave for Atlanta on Wednesday, I could use another pair or two of shorts... But seriously?  If I had seen Elie Tahari jeans, I'd have thought to myself...  'who the hell is Elie Tahari?'    So in the not being up on fashion or current trends department, I'm a few rungs below you on the ladder.  In fact, if I try real hard, I MIGHT be able to reach up and touch that bottom rung!!!

One of my biggest WOWs after WLS is my passion for thrift store shopping. Who knew?! I'll NEVER go back to buying "new" again. Why when you can find such awesome deals for cheap, cheap at the thrift stores? Kewl find, Suzy! Don't you just love the hunt of it and the FUN treasures like your "new to you" jeans you found? I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!! Sharon
