Monday weigh-in: Lbs., inches, and the mind.
This weekend went by like a dream!! We had the Ren Faire all weekend and had a blast!! NOT good food but this is a new week and I'm learning what I can do and what I really do need to stay away from.
Highest = 315
Surgery = 297
Last week = 187
Current = 190
3 lbs up but I think most of that is water retention. I got pretty dehydrated this weekend.

Hi Guys sorry I have not been on in a while but I have been real busy. I think I have hit a rut, I am going to intensify my exercising.
Starting wt. 350 lbs.
Surgery wt. 305 lbs.
current wt. 260 lbs.
starting waist size 58 in.
current waist size 42 in.
total weight loss 90 lbs
total inches loss 16 in.
I've gotten used to my new scale, so I think I may give participation in the Monday Weigh-in a shot!

I don't take measurements, but I did give the gals at Maple Grove coffee a bit of a show with my 18's on Saturday, so I hit Kohl's afterwards and got me some 16's!!
Imperfect does not = unsuccessful
I didn't have a great weekend. I felt like I ate and ate and ate. I like couldn't stop, I think it was anxiety (about what I don't know) so it really made me feel out of control for the first time since surgery. One reason could be because I think II hit my first major plateau haven't really lost more than 1lb in weeks (i've gone up and down in a 5 lb range)!!! BUT I think I'm still losing inches cause I can fit in a pair of 18 pants I cound't last month and i'm getting more comments lately about how much weight I've lost. I didn't weigh myself today since I've been doing it daily the last 2 weeks. So I am focusing on some things I've been slacking on to give me a jumpstart!
