Weekend was awesome. Went to Eagan coffee for a few on Saturday, then hubby and I headed over to the zoo...finally. Couldn't believe that I walked the whole thing without having to sit down once to rest. We sat to watch some of the animals but didn't have to use that excuse to stop and rest this time.
Yesterday we had a wonderful day with friends and kids. We went to the town parade. Then went to the fireworks.
Wishing everyone a happy and wonderful week! Today is my 6 week nutrition appointment.

Happy Monday! Highest weight 289.6, Last week don't know I was on vacation, Today 186, Lost 103.6 pounds FOREVER! Troy I hear ya about trying to eat well while on vacation. I packed a lot of healthy snacks, but when it came to meals I was sort of stuck eating what was prepared for us (which was a lot of fried foods). Since coming home I have dropped 3 1/2 pounds, so I have been able to get back in the groove for the most part. Hope you are able to get back in your groove this week as well! ~Nicole
Well, I'm still trying to get my body working right since the surgery so this really is just a beginning for me, but I'm going to put it out there (very hard for me to do, but must be done).
Weight at beginning of LD: 465
Weight on surgery date: 430
Current weight: 431
I'm feeling like the kinks are working themselves out and I'm ready for the weight to start coming off really soon now.

It can take up to a month to get the fluids and gas out of your system from the surgery. It will happen so don't worry -- You'll wake up one day and be down a huge amount of weight and wonder what you did to get that. I gained 16 pounds from fluids during surgery and by the end of month one was down 20 pounds. So it will happen.....
