Old(er) ladies at Curves kicked my butt...

So I was there for the first time Friday....just learning the equipment... and there are some ladies there...in their 60s - 70s that are just kicking butt and taking names. I tried this arm machine and broke a sweat.... the lady before me was pumping it so hard I thought she was going to fly away... My body has some catching up to do...but those ladies should be in for a competition, because I am ready for them. hehehehehehe.

Hi Elena, You sound like you are ready for a challenge.  Just remember we old(er) girls can be pretty competitive.  Good luck and have fun at Curves.  A little friendly competiton can be a very good thing!!! Bonnie

LOL, they probably have been working out for years.  You will pass them up soon enough!  At least you have a goal and are making the effort.  Keep up the good work
