Good Morning to everyone, but especially Kelly & Laurie,

Today I will:

1. not call Jerry(sorry, but this has to be a goal for me right now)



2. WALK



3. EAT RIGHT



4. WATER, WATER, WATER.


5. BE GOOD TO MYSELF.



YESTERDAY I......


1. (again...) Not call Jerry...
I ended up calling him because I had a couple of questions about how they handle the returns on the containers....


2. Will get my walk in after work... no matter how late, how tired, or how angry I am....(long story here)
I did get a short one it... better short then none.


3. Be very mindful of what I eat.
Did fair on this one....


4. drink more water, less coffee.
I did drink less coffee, might be why I slept good last night... bu still need to get more water in.


5. Be good to myself.
I am starting to learn how to cut myself some slack.

 I am not short... I am fun sized!!

Good morning everyone....... Today I will:                       Yesterday I did: Drink 60-80 oz.                    60 oz. Eat 3 meals, protein 1st         Did okay on this Be mindfull of what I eat       Snacked way too much Walk/jog on treadmill twice    Didn't do, Getting back to the basics and staying on track is a daily job for me.........I just keep telling myself, keep your eye on the prise................ Good Morning Everyone!!  Today I will:                                                            Yesterday I got get all my protein in (at least 65 grams)                in over 100 grams of protein!  Drink at 64 oz of water                                           Drank all 64+ oz of water Try to get in a short walk                                          Walk a mile with DH after dinner Yesterday was a very good day! I ate very well all day, and got in more than enough protein and still only had like 800 calories? I did not snack on bad foods at all and the afternoon snack consisted of carrots and a cheese stick! I tracked everything on The Daily Plate, I have slacked on this for a couple of weeks. Hubby had dinner ready when I got home, we ate Cornish Game Hens roasted to perfection in the oven and ate by candle lite. Then after we cleaned up the dishes we went for a walk and then came home and sat infront of the tv and cuddled!!  Today is going to be interesting, I leave to stay with my DIL for a couple of days, as my DS is out of town for work. The New little guy we are still waiting on, although Mom has evicted him a couple of weeks ago!!!! LOL

Today I will: - take in my gowns for this weekend's Renaissance Faire - water!!! - eat right - walk or exercise in some way Yesterday I: - help Brie with the baby     She ended up going home late yesterday afternoon but I was down at the hospital most of the afternoon going through the videos they wanted her to watch and catching up with a long lost cousin who happened to be her nurse!  That was a great treat for us all  :) - drink my water - need to pick up more cherry limeade!!     I got in a couple of bottles but was on more of a coffee kick.  I won't get more than a couple hours of sleep a night until next week so will be living on caffeine... just a fact of the Faire... - eat good     not too bad.  I probably had more carbs than I should have and know that the protein keeps me awake and active longer overall... need to keep that foremost in my mind in the coming days - follow the rules     trying!!!
- move somehow even though it's raining out - bowflex maybe?     I went out for a 45 minute walk last night
