Today I will 6/10

Good Morning one and all....Yesterday is a day I would rather forget happened. Since that is not possible I will be accountable instead!!! LOL

Today I will.

1. (again...) Not call Jerry...


2. Will get my walk in after work... no matter how late, how tired, or how angry I am....(long story here)


3. Be very mindful of what I eat.


4. drink more water, less coffee.


5. Be good to myself.


Yesterday I....

1. Not call Jerry, wait for him to call me. (Trust me this is probably the toughest one today.)
Well I failed at this one.....he was busy and ignored my calls. However, he was having as bad a day as I was. and he had told me when he is in a bad mood he doesn't talk to people... doesn't want to take it out on anybody.. guess I can respect that.


2. Eat 3 meals,
Didn't do so good on this one... I had one taco, and 2 slices of a cardboard pizza.



3. Get a walk in tonight after work. The way yesterday went.... I was almost scared to walk anywhere. The day I was having, I was afraid I would get run over by a bus, or fall and break a leg....

4. Get my water in.. more water, less coffee.
Okay, got in less coffee, but not enough water.

5. Be good to myself
I did fair at this considering the day. I didn't get as depressed as I usually would with a day like I had yesterday, plus I stood up for myself to my boss's... constructively of course.. so I guess in a way you can say I was good to myself by being my own advocate.

 I am not short... I am fun sized!!

Hi Diane! I enjoy reading your accountablity post. You are doing a wonderful job! I find them motivating and really that is what it is all about, right? I am going to try this this week, because I find myself slipping lately....Hope you don't mind....

Today I will:

Eat protein first with all my meals. Today I am munching on some chicken strips for breakfast. All protein there, right? Also I am having about a half of a banana.

Drink 65 oz of water Already have about 12 oz down, so on track there

Take atleast a 2 mile walk after work today. Hopefully it will reamain nice out today!!

Everything has been so hectic lately. So many thing going on, but mostly waiting patiently on the new grandson to be born....Its hard when we are so busy to make sure we are getting everything in we are suppose to!!

Today I will: - help Brie with the baby - drink my water - need to pick up more cherry limeade!! - eat good - follow the rules - move somehow even though it's raining out - bowflex maybe? Yesterday I: - eat right     could have been better but it wasn't that bad.  I was on the go all day and ended up with a few half decent choices. Breakfast = 1 rib from Famous Daves Lunch = ??  no clue  lol Dinner = 1/3rd chicken /swiss/ bacon sandwich from Wendy's Snacks = protein bar  - follow the rules     not too bad but not having liquid with food is still hard.  When I catch myself I stop but it's so darn mindless... - welcome my buddy Tim to the loser's bench     Seems like I hit all the hospitals in town yesterday but Tim came through surgery like a pro and looks great!  he had RnY.  I keep trying to get him to post here but he's dragging his heels.  He's also not going to group meetings so I'm going to have to kick his butt and get him into something.  Too hard to go it alone! - drink more water     my little bottle broke so had to move to a slightly larger one so actually got a bit more in - get my walk in!     yeppers!  Multitasked and walked while talking to my Ren Faire boss  :) - snuggle my new baby boy      Did this TONS!  lol  I got to spend all afternoon with him and his mom  :)

Better late than never....... TODAY I WILL:                       YESTERDAY I DID: Drink 60-80 oz.                          60 oz. Eat 3 meals, protein 1st               2 meals & 2 snacks Be mindfull of what I eat             Uhh, had red licorice Walk/Jog on treadmill twice         I did once I don't know what was/is wrong with me, I have the MUNCHIES........And of course had red licorice yesterday.........Stopped at Perkins for a late Breakfast today in St. Cloud after Marek's kindergarten shots, got sick eating an omelet.....Had to leave almost right away. Uhhhh, I try to do good and I get sick....... Kelly
