Good morning!  Wow....someone put a quarter in you! LOL!!!  Your energy is always so contagious! Last week    139 This week    137.5 Down 1.5 YAY!

Deb, the quarter is the Isopure dreamsicle flavor- 50 grms Protein 12oz.  I mix it with some vanilla yogurt. mmmmmmmmm-good!  Take some energy from me and use it to the best of your ability.  This journey is worth sharin ;)
