GOOD MORNING TO ALL TODAY I WILL:                  YESTERDAY I DID: Drink 60-80oz.                      I only got in 48 oz. Eat 3 meals, protein 1st          ate 2 meals, protein 1st Be mindfull of what I eat        did Walk/jog on treadmill 2 times  I didn't do this, planted my garden Have a wonderful sunny day. Kelly

Good Morning to you Kelly,

Today I will:

1. Not call Jerry, wait for him to call me. (Trust me this is probably the toughest one today.)


2. Eat 3 meals,


3. Get a walk in tonight after work.

4. Get my water in.. more water, less coffee.

5. Be good to myself.



Yesterday
... Drink more water less coffee
Did pretty good on this one.. still drank coffee, but less, and drank more water.


Get a walk in
Did this... made 4 miles.


Keep an eye on what I eat and portion sizes.
Could have been better at this....but hey today is a new day right!!!!!

I tried starting this thread earlier, but my computer kept getting disconnected from the internet. Very flustrating. If it is not better by tonight, I'm calling!!!!!

Morning all  :)
Sorry I missed yesterday but I was busy welcoming my new grandson into the world  :)  pics to follow in a few minutes!

Needless to say food yesterday was less than ideal but I still did ok. Today I will: - eat right - follow the rules - welcome my buddy Tim to the loser's bench - drink more water - get my walk in! - snuggle my new baby boy  Yesterday I: ate ok but not perfect
drank about 40 oz of water plus ice tea, coffee etc
missed my walk
and last night finally got to bed after being up for over 40 hours
