Have ya'll checked out T's new avatar & profile pics? WOW! Troy, you are doing fabulous and you look very healthy and full of life - congratulations on your journey! Are your kids and DW liking the change in looks, too? How are you doing with all the changes? Is it a mind-trip for you like it is for the ladies? We don't get too many guys posting about their view too often, so it's nice to hear about once in a while. Take care.

Amy, i first would like to say: You will get there!!!! keep the faith cause I'm there with ya all the way!  My wife sd that she's got a new boyfriend now since i don't look so much like i use too.  The kids love it cause i can chase them around and they get tired before i do!!  As for the mind games, I'm human just like all the ladies on this board.  I go through days and wonder who that is in the mirror? I have head hunger! and I worry about the scale going up!  But, everyday I try to find something positive too say, or do no matter how rotten or excited or pissed off I might feel. Finally I live in the present.  Not yesterday, not tommrrow but right now cause thats the only thing I can truly change. Troy

I see why LindaAnne admires you! That is awesome and thank you BTW. Maybe we can walk this week at lunch if the rain holds out? I really would like to get a little more exercise in before surgery but I don't like to walk with co-workers at lunch 'cuz quite frankly I need the mental break during the day.

I am all about present-moment living and parenting especially. It's very effective! WTG!
