Well if I'm jumping back in here, this is the first place to start.

Today I will... Drink more water less coffee


Get a walk in


Keep an eye on what I eat and portion sizes.


I will be good to myself.

 I am not short... I am fun sized!!

Good morning all, I was so busy yesterday I didn't post on Lori's thread. But today is another day so here we go........... Today I will:                             Yesterday I did: Drink 60-80 oz. water                60 oz. Eat 3 meals, protein 1st              I ate mini meals because of graduation party, I                                                did okay, but had a piece of cake. Be mindfull of what I eat            Did good other than , cake Walk/jog on treadmill twice         Did once, the day was busy with coffee & grad party See you all on here tomorrow, Have a great Sunday. Today I will.... drink all my water, plus an extra bottle for good measure be mindful of what I put into my mouth
