TODAY I WILL.....
GOOD MORNING ALL......... Today I will: Yesterday I did: Drink 60-80 oz. water Did 64 oz. Eat 3 meals protein 1st Did, enjoyed broiled fish Be mindfull of what I eat Did, no snacks Walk/Jog on treadmill 2 times Did I'm back to the basics and feeling good........... Stay dry today, it looks like a wash out here....... Kelly
LOL I got smart today and refreshed my screen before posting :) Hope everyone stays dry today! Flood warnings up north here and it's yucky out... wet, drizzly and just plain depressing! I want my SUN!!!
Today I will:
- Take this one day and follow all the rules
- enjoy my water with the new found flavors!
- dance in the mud puddles... ok at least take a walk on the road :)
- thoroughly enjoy the fact that I have 3 WHOLE DAYS to myself with Roger GONE!!! YES!!! lol
- get down and clear up the weight room so I want to use it again
Yesterday I:
- follow ALL the rules TODAY
I did really well at this!! I'm proud and the scale showed it too!
- walk I went out and got 4 laps in so a bit less than 2 miles. - drink water Went out and bought some new flavor packets and I think I'm going to live on that Cherry Limeade! OMG that stuff is good :) - be VERY mindful of what I eat so I'm not reacting to the weather. I was careful to check myself when I thought I was hungry and took the time to drink some water each time to make sure it wasn't just thirst. - plan meals ok planning isn't helping as I'm not eating what I'm planning... I'll write down what I eat instead. Breakfast: Roger cooked bacon and eggs so ate 1 egg and 2-3 slices bacon Lunch: 1/2 chicken breast and salad at Grizzlys Snack: nuts Dinner: 3 chicken wing pieces and the topping from a slice of Domino's pepperoni pizza
