Awww, thanks Sandy!!  I just share my experience so others can follow it or avoid it and hopefully have a better personal journey!! Cute avatar too....is it you as a little girl?

Congratualtions Edi.....I just met you for the 1st time last Saturday and we didn't get to talk much however you and all of the other WLS group seem like such wonderful people!!  I'm going to try to make a Roseville coffee one of these Saturdays!! 

Edi, Edi, Edi!  HUGE congratulations on your two-year surgiversary!  You've achieved amazing accomplishemnts along your journey, and from the get-go, you've been such a bright ray of positive inspiriation for me--my two-year is next month!  How time certainly flies! Hey, I've actually entertained the roller skating adventure for almost a year, though just not something I'd do by myself.  The motivation now is to actually get out and do it regardless!  Hmmmm...I can truly relate to the 'introvert at heart'--pre-WLS, was so boisterous, loud, perhaps subconciously attempting to divert attention from morbid obesity;  glad that's ancient history!  Can't wait to see you again!  Hugs galore, Patti

WOW !!!!  I LOVE THE AVATAR!!!  Happy 2nd Surgiversary!!!  You have been doing fantastic, especially considering all the things you have been through the past six months!!!   And what a transformation.  I mean -- look at you!!!!  Holy Hannah!!!!  You are 1/2 the woman you used to be!!!  You have been soooo successful with your surgery and you should toot your horn.  Many look up to you and appreciate your advice and humor!!! I'm so happy that I got to meet you.  I remember seeing you at group the first time a year ago and how beautiful you were!!!  It was fat pants night and you were just beaming with happiness -- and rightly so -- WOW!!!  And as I've gotten to know you, I love you even more.   Keep marching along -- you next year is going to be filled with lots of happy changes -- and you'll have an army of friends cheering you on.   Love you GF !!! Hey sweet lady-love right back atcha!!  You are so beautiful inside and out-it is awesome to know you!!  We have had so much fun getting to know each other-it is one of the major pluses of this surgery that we have met so many great people and made so many friends.  I think most of us feel like introverts to some extent-even though I smile and talk to people easily, I have always felt shy and have to push myself!!  (so hard to believe, I know!) you have rocked it the last two years, and overcome so much, you are my inspiration! love love love you- lynn
