6-5 Today I will!
This is a long one today... I've been what feels like out of control because of how I'm reacting to the weather. When it's cold/wet I tend to graze... so need to be very careful this coming week!!
Today I will:
- follow ALL the rules TODAY
- walk
- drink water
- be VERY mindful of what I eat so I'm not reacting to the weather.
- plan meals
Breakfast: protein bar
Snack: fruit
Lunch: tuna salad
Snack: popsicle
Dinner: ?? not sure yet
Snack: nuts
Yesterday I:
- spend time with my baby Gussy so he's not totally bored to tears
yeppers, my poor little scamp gets his morphine patch removed tomorrow so he can be with the other gentle dogs!! I know I can hardly wait and that's minimal to what he feels!!
- mix up CL water and drink at least 64 ozs
I mixed the water and drank almost 2 containers (16oz each) of it - also had 3-4 large cups of SF apple cider. I was FROZE last night so needed something warm to drink and today looks like the same type of weather.
- limit my coffee to 4 cups all day
I was a good girl - had 2 cups in the morning and nothing more all day!! might explain why the butt was dragging though later in the afternoon. but I made my goal.
- put the papers and stuff away and clean up the kitchen so I can COOK!
I cooked :) and the papers got shifted. Couldn't take them out to the shed in the rain.
- plan out meals so I don't get caught grazing the fridge
*sigh* Breakfast was good. I had a popsicle for a snack - but this weather... ok screw that it's not the weather's fault but how I react to it that gets me in trouble!!! When it's cold out I eat. I need to break this habit!!
GOOD: Breakfast: oatmeal with protein powder and a few raisins
NO (had 1/2 blueberry bagel with FF cream cheese and ICBINB): Snack: fruit (apricot)
NO (had tomato soup and a dozen buttered saltines): Lunch: tuna salad with lettuce or cabbage
NO (had SF pudding): Snack: 1-2 oz mixed nuts
GOOD: Dinner: meatballs with SF BBQ sauce
GOOD: Snack: popsicle
