Ok, I'm stumped.  I have a potluck at work on Friday and I'm sooo lost as to what to make for it.   Any good ideas and or recipes.   Whether it's weight loss friendly or not doesn't matter to me.   I just don't want to bring the same old stuff I always bring.  My coworkers will thank you all I'm sure LOL.

Anita's jello fluffy stuff is really good, too!  SF Jello, SF pudding and Cool Whip - I was GONNA freeze my leftovers from Sunday, but - well, there isn't enough left to bother...  Holler if you want the recipe!

Since I'm in a warm food mood, I love doing crockpot lasagne. Brown 1-2 lbs of groun beef or turkey.  Add a jar of spaghetti sauce.  Layer in crockpot: meat/sauce, mozarella cheese (sometimes with parm mixed in), uncooked lasagne noodles.  Repeat for as many layers as you like. Set the crock either on high for 4 hours or low for 8.   I like to make this up the night before.  Put the crock in the fridge, then do 4 hours on high when I get to work.  The smell is wonderful!
