I have NO idea why I couldn't upload pics to my album before and others could.  Now, all of the sudden, I was able to.  In any case, check out my profile if you'd like to see my before pics.  They're there now.  You'll see from my profile that I haven't allowed anyone to keep a photo of me after 2006, but I will have DH take a few prior to my surgery next week.  You're all right...I need to document the entire history!

You'll be glad you have them, 'cuz like I've said to lots of people before, the mirror will lie to your brain.  Pictures never do.

Thank you for sharing your pics with us, it is seems more personal when you can see who it is you are talking to (maybe it's just me but thats how I feel).  I completely relate to avoiding pictures because as I was going through my pre-op pictures I noticed that there were very few pictures of me after high school until just recently now I take pics as often as possible.  Trust me as you start shrinking you will love to have your picture taken.  ~Nicole

Thanks for the kind words.  Getting everything uploaded makes my profile feel more complete and the closer I get to surgery the more driven I am to have everything in my life be complete.  Between trying to distract myself through the liquid diet and trying to complete everything, my house has never been cleaner.  I should have surgery more often.    I can't wait to have more pictures to upload showing my weight loss.  Until then I will just need to be patient.

You WILL be glad you have these later.  The mirror still lies to me so when I see my before and after pictures, I'm very proud of what I have accomplished and it gives me the strength to keep it off!!!  I have my before and after plastered on my frig!!!  It is a reminder of where I came from.   Keep up posted on your progress and keep marching toward your goal!!!! I never  used to have any pics of myself before surgery. Now a caring 2 photos with me all the time to remind myself what I used to look like. Thanks for sharing
