Question about pictures

Can someone give me some advice on uploading pictures?  I've been trying for the past couple of days and I keep getting an error message that tells me NOTHING!  I've tried regular sized files and smaller files.  I have Vista at home so I tried again at work with Windows XP.  I've tried using IE and Mozilla....nothing works.  And I've seen other people upload during the same time frame so it's not something that's wrong with the site!  Argh!  Any suggestions?

Go to www.shrinkpictures.com and load your avatar picture there.  Lots of us use that site for the avatars.  Not sure what to tell you if you're just trying to put some in your photo album...?

Thanks.  I went there and can get avatar pics fine.  I'm trying to upload to the photo album though and keep getting an error message.  Hopefully I can figure it out - not that I'm ALL that eager to share my "before" pics, but hey...

You will NEED those "before" pictures, much as you hate them, to appreciate the progress you make as you drop the pounds!!  'cuz your mirror will LIE TO YOUR FACE!!!  Pictures, on the other hand, are BRUTALLY HONEST!  In a GOOD way!!!

I have noticed that I can only upload one at a time. I believe there is room for 5 or 10, but it won't upload that many at a time. Do it one by one and see if that works. Ya, I don't think a one of us like our before pics, but Darla's right...we need 'em.
