Starbuck's/Caribou

Ok ladies...I haven't been to a coffee date yet, but I want to try and make one soon.  I was at Starbuck's today and got a decaf tea.  I asked them about their blended coffees and they said that they can do a light one with sugar free syrup.  It would still have 11 g of sugar in it.  What can we drink besides tea at these coffee shops?

I drink my coffee black but some of these shops are in grocery stores and you can drink anything. Some even bring their own drinks. And plenty of water as well.

I have a SF caramel Skinny Latte. Yum. You can get nutrition information on the website, at least for Caribou.

I am a Caribou lover... but Starbucks rocks too. At Caribou: sugar-free, soy vanilla latte (lactose issues... so I drink soy) At Starbucks: sugar-free, soy vanilla latte (lactose issues... so I drink soy) At Dunn Bros: Caramel Mocha IceCrema -- sugar-free and soy (they are the only coffee shop out of the three that can actually make a cold drink as you prefer it. The others are pre-made and though they may be sugar-free.. they aren't always skim or soy)

OOOOHHH!! My favorite drink right now is a Skinny Cinnomon Dolce Latte from Starbacks. It does have some grams of sugar in it but its mostly from the milk since the syrup is sugar free.

I LOVE my FF/SF caramel or hazelnut lattes!  But I'm likin' the iced coffees again this summer, with a SF flavor shot.  And Caribou has a Northern Lites Cooler that's blended, and much like a shake or a smoothie!   I had a coffee one today - YUMM!!!  I'll have to look up the nut. info on that one...

I'm a Starbucks girl.  I usually order skinny cinnamon dolce latte or a passion iced tea with a couple packets of splenda.  I tried it with lemonade yesterday and some splenda...YUMO!!

You can always have steamed skim milk with a SF flavor shot if your not into coffee or tea.

I don't drink coffee, so I just get a bottled water and bring some crystal light.  I go for the conversation and fun!
