What types of exercise are folks doing for various parts of your body?
I've been walking and doing occasional weight work on the bowflex.
I'm wondering about inner thighs, backs and butts... ok not to mention the hanging arm stuff *ick* lol
I can be healthy but want to look good doing it doggone it!! lol
Looking forward to seeing what folks say!
I know that there are certain toning exercises you can do but I am not really sure how to describe them. Let me look around and see if I can find a website for you! I haven't been targeting any specific areas just doing my yoga and my walk/runs, but I should look at doing some toning once or twice a week.
