Neat encounter
As I was walking through the office this afternoon a co-worker, who I have to admit I rarely if ever talk to, stopped to tell me how great I was looking. When I told her how much I had lost she almost fell over. She said she noticed I was dropping a lot of weight a couple of months ago and that she wanted to let me know that I was looking really good. Its nice to know that even the people who you don't really see a lot or interact with do notice when you are -100 pounds!
