No, I think that must be where the OPM office is collecting them.  I haven't really read the posting.  I think it says job location is Ft. Snelling, though.

Yep, the job is located in Minneapolis (it said in the how to apply section).   does anybody know what it means to qualify for GS-5 level?  Thanks!

This is out of the qualifications section :  

All applicants must be able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute or more with 3 or less errors.

AND

You must have at least one year (12 months) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 level in the Federal service. This experience provided me with knowledge of secretarial and/or administrative processes, procedures, and practices; ability to communicate orally and in writing; and ability to use various office automated systems, equipment, and applicable software. This experience could have been obtained in the private or public sectors.

Let them know your background and what kind of computer software & office equipment you can use.  

Also, all federal jobs require an FBI background check now.  Keep that in mind when applying!
