I promised people I'd post on here every time I post a new video. Go to my blog called Bandster Heaven: http://www.bandstergal.blogspot.com (There's a clickable link in my signature) It's about my LapBand journey... and the video is about my one week experience (not particularly useful for all the 'old timers').... but hey, if you want to go see me make a fool of myself in front of a camera, that's always a good reason to watch it too!

I have a friend who is considering lapband and I keep forwarding your video update links to help her with her decision. Your are truly talented!!! Elena, may I just say - you are FABULOUS!?!?! I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to chat much last night, but I'm glad you're coming, and I hope you're a regular for a long time to come!!! Don't know if you'll be at Maple Grove on Saturday, but I do plan to stop by for a cuppa quick on my way to the graduation party... YOU ROCK!!!

Thanks!! I don't know if that shows any of my journalism skills....lol... considering how amateur the videos are.... but I just dont have the time to spend making really nice ones (need to go and exercise! lol)... so I add little graphics so people dont have to stare at my face for 3 minutes. lol
