5/28 Today I Will.......
Good Morning Everyone, I guess I'll get this started today.
Today I will: Yesterday:
Drink 60-80 oz. I got in 60 oz.
3 meals/soup protein 1st 3 meals, but had carbs (bread)
Walk on Treadmill Didn't do
Take a walk outside I did take a walk outside
Watch my head hunger Fought it by having a bananna when tempted
Do my spring cleaning Started this

Good Morning! I am really hoping for some nice weather today. Today I will...get in 100 ounces of water, slowly reintroduce food back into my body, go to PNC support group tonight, get a walk in, get to bed before 11 pm, and stay awake through the day (I am really sleepy). Yesterday I...celebrate my success at loosing 100 pounds with something nice and non-food related--haven't been able to get to this yet, drink at least 100 ounces of water/UltraClear--yup I got in all 100 plus some, get in 4 UltraClear drinks--only did 3, but that is still good, got to Nutrition Program seminar and fully participate in the Hot Power Fusion yoga class--yup and boy did that feel good, hopefully get the DSL fixed--finally got this fixed, and get some chicken baked for the week--didn't have a chance as I got home much later than I thought.
I swear there is a demon on my shoulder... between depression and anxiety I'm having one helluva time lately. I ended up in bed at 6pm so depressed last night I couldn't stand it and didn't get up until almost 8am... this has GOT to stop!!!
Today I will:
- work on ways to lessen my depression
- walk
- drink water
- get my statement typed up for work
Yesterday I:
- get back on the water kick and set up a schedule so I get it all in and not during meals
set up the schedule but didn't follow it very well.
- eat the right foods and stay away from the picnic foods of the weekend.
didn't eat much period. had a packet of oatmeal with some dry cherries and some nuts. Tried to eat a bit of roast beef but it gagged me.

made about a mile and a half
Lori~I am sorry to hear that the depression/anxiety demon is on your shoulder that is not a fun place to be. One thing that I always found helpful was to put in a funny movie, even if you really don't feel like watching anything funny pop it in and you would be suprised...laughter is contaigous! Also keep up the walking as exercise helps to produce the "happy" endorphins in your body. Please do try and keep yourself hydrated and eat to keep up your energy/metabolism.
