Century Club
As of my scale this morning I have officially lost 100 pounds! I am so excited it was a great way to start off my morning. This means I have only 49.6 pounds left to loose to reach my goal weight of 140. I can not believe that I have lost 100 pounds. Thinking about carrying around all of that weight now I can see why I was always so tired. I now weigh what I did the summer before my freshman year of high school (which was 14 years ago)! Any one know how I go about getting a century card for my signature?
Thank you Kelly! I am still doing the Nutrition Program as it goes for 2 weeks after the initial weekend intensive session. I have my secodn of three seminar nights tonight and we are going to go over how to test foods you may be sensative/allergic to. The program is really good, but a lot of it WLS people would have to review with their individual programs. If you would like to know more I could send you some of the info. I am also thinking about putting a bunch of the info in my blog once I get my DSL working at home.
