5-25 Sunday and Today I WILL!
A blessed Sunday morning to everyone!! Looks a bit damp out... ok muddy and kind of icky but it's a new day and without the rains we don't get the gorgeous flowers!! The leaves are coming out fast now and it's looking like spring even if the temps don't always feel that way!
Today I will:
- enjoy family time
- vitamins and water - especially water today!
- take my size portions and not waste food
Yesterday I:
- relax and enjoy Brie's company while we rummage
We had a BLAST! Found a lot of cute baby things and even a couple of things for each of us :) I can't think of anything I'd rather do than spend time with my girl. I just love her so much :)

ok got in liquids, just not all water. Also got in the daily vitamins but missed teh night ones. I really need to set up a schedule to follow now that I'm off work. I used to take them right before I walked outthe door for work. Now I need something else to remind me.
- eat right!
ehhh...umm... kinda. We BBQed brats and had beans, corn and all the fixings. I need to remember to eat slower and not take so damn much on my plate! It's not like I can eat it all and it's just a waste. Because Brie and I were out we stopped for fast food lunch. I ended up eating one of those mexirolls at taco johns. Not too bad but I probably could have made a better choice.
Good Sunday morning! I got to sleep in today and boy did it feel good! Today I will...help my mom and sister plant the garden (hopefully it doesn't rain all day), get in all 100 ounces of water, stick to cleanse diet (in the intensive phase so only water, herbal tea, broth, UltraClear drink), walk/run 2 miles at least, and enjoy the weekend (even if it is raining). Yesterday I...get all 100 ounces of water in (this has proved to be a challenge lately, don't know why)--wooohooo I finally did it I got in 104 ounces, make the broths for the intensive phase of cleansing diet--after making one I decided that it will probably be enough and boy is it good, go for a walk with my mom and sister--yup we went to the school track they walked a mile while I did a walk/run intervals at 1/4 mile each and did 1 1/4 miles, relax and enjoy the weekend with my family--yup so far we are having a good relaxing weekend.
