HI all
Thought I'd drop in and update everyone.  Had surgury on 5-29-08 . Have lost over 120 lbs at this time. Always looking for new food ideas, work out ideas and anything else.

No notes, just my wishes for a successful, uneventful surgery and an easy recovery!  Buckle up, it's a heck of a ride!!! CONGRATS!!!

My surgiversary is the 30th so we are a year apart in our surgeries.  All I can say is brace yourself for a WONDERFUL and life changing journey.  Congratulations! Just listen to the doctors/nurses, walk, rest and sip as much water as you can after surgery.  Drink a lot of water the day before surgery so it will be easier for them to get your IV in.  I hate IV's and have had bad experiences in the past so I really embraced that trick and it worked - my IV went in without a hitch. :) Good luck to you!!!
