Having a hard time buying smaller clothes

The whole business of trying things on is so much more fun now!  You just have to do it!  Now, I grab a cart full of stuff, and most of it fits, or is too big.  Before, a cart full of clothes did not often yield even one item that fit.  It is so much more enjoyable as you shrink, you will love it once you give yourself the chance to have those wows in the store.  I have a hard time not buying things now.  I have so many more options now.  You will find that you do too.

I no longer even go into the plus size clothing.  if i cant find something in the normal sizes than i dont get anything.  Good for you for realizing it and now you can move forward

On Friday I went to the store tried a bunch of stuff on even some 18's.  The 18's didn't fit but I didn't let it get me down.   I left the store without buying anything larger than a 20!   It was big progress!   Then I spent yesterday organizing my clothes and actually had fun with it.
