Happy Friday!  I am so glad to see the weekend since I didn't really get a weekend last week I am going to cherish all three days off!  Here we go...Today I will...Drink all 100 ounces of water, not eat after 8:30 pm, drink all my cleansing drinks for the day (3), get to some place with WIFI and check email, buy supplies to make broth for intensive phase of cleansing diet, turn in keys & do walk through of old apartment, go shopping for summer clothes (capris and shorts mostly).Drink all 100 ounces of water, not eat after 8:30 pm, drink all my cleansing drinks for the day (3), get to some place with WIFI and check email, buy supplies to make broth for intensive phase of cleansing diet, turn in keys & do walk through of old apartment, go shopping for summer clothes (capris and shorts mostly).  Yesterday I...get in all 100 ounces of water/herbal tea--I got in about 90 ounces which wasn't bad, get in my cleansing drink (x 2)--yup kinda gritty not very tasty, no food/snacking after 8:30 pm--nope I didn't get home until just after 8 so that put dinner kind of late, give cleaning the oven another go (hopefully find a product that will take off that baked on guck)--yup I picked up the Easy Off and it got the majority of it off, wash the walls in the old apartment--yup and scrubbed the kitchen floor and cleaned the windows and steam cleaned the carpet, hopefully get internet figured out or else go somewhere with WIFI--nope I spent an hour or so on the phone with them again and now will have to be home all day Saturday to wait for the technician to come out to see what is going on.

GOOD MORNING! That sunshine looks so inviting!  I went to hop out of bed and caught the arctic breeze coming in from the bedroom window and dove back under the covers!  lol  me and the pups hid out for a few extra minutes snuggling  :)

Just in case I don't see folks around I want to wish everyone a safe and sane holiday weekend!!

now on to my WILL list! *************************************************************************
Today I will: - dress up pretty for my last night at work and make myself feel GOOD! - maybe go get my hair done - water and vitamins - eat sensibly - walk and enjoy my music - get some sun if I can stand the arctic breeze lol Yesterday I: - smile and enjoy my night at work with friends     - we had a good night.  I didn't cry once!  I was proud of myself  :) - vitamins and water!     - Got everything in - walk 1/2 lap further than I did yesterday!     -Sure did!  5.5 laps.  I was going to do it in 2 steps but my son's girlfriend came out as I was on the 4th lap and told me to hang on and she would walk with me!  That was a nice treat  :) - work on my upper arms     - didn't have time to do much more than some few lifts while I was walking.  I need to get the weight room cleaned up so I can get back at the bowflex.

Great work yesterday Lori!  I hope that you find the strength you need to get through the night and end on as positive a note as possible.  I too need to start working on strength conditioning I just need to remember to go and buy the little hand held weights or start taking the sculpt class at the yoga studio a bit more often.  I hope that you have a wonderful and safe weekend as well (perhaps it may even feel like spring!).  Love & Hugs~Nicole

A really cheap sub for weights are vegy cans... almost a pound... or water bottles filled with water or sand.  :)  and I bet you already have some of that around!  lol tips from the cheapskate!  hehe

Thanks!  I have used those before when I was doing workout tapes that used weights and they work pretty well, but I am up to 5-8 punds now and I can't find anything sturdy around the house so I may just have to buy the weights or get my butt into the studio for class!
