Need some feedback!
I hope this doesnt offend anyone and I apologize in adavance if I do.
On the 26th it will my one yearversery I have battled nausea I think all the way thorugh this process....but it has gotten worse in the past 4 months.
I have been using weed to help, not my ideal fix but I am at a loss for what else works. I have tried all the otc stuff and nothing works as well.
So I guess I just want to know if anyone else has this issue, do you smoke? If not what helps????
I understand that this is not a PC topic, and I may get nasty remarks and if you feel the need to do so, I will respectfully not respond- but I am not here to be riducled on my choices....I just need some help. Thanks for any help!

No offense here - I just feel bad that you've been nauseated for a year. Yikes, that has to suck. Have you talked to your Dr. about it? I wonder if it is something else and not WLS related...just thinking out loud. I remember years ago, I went back on the pill and got so nauseated and dizzy, I thought I'd die. Any other weird symptoms other than nausea? I know someone with fibromyalgia that battles nausea...
Anyway, I feel you have to do what you have to do to get relief, so no judgment here, I just think you should pursue more of WHY you still have nausea.
Heck - there are days I wouldn't mind a little of that anyway....the weed...not the nausea!
Good luck and I hope you get to the bottom of it soon!

It's better to be imperfectly happy than perfectly unhappy.
I agree with Lori. The main issue here is to find a doctor that will solve your problem. This is not normal and needs to be dealt with. You need to find the SOURCE of the nausea.
I agree with what everyone else has said and there has to be a reason for the nausea. Whether it be WLS related or not and I think that is something you need to bring up with your doctor. I'm not trying to be judgemental and I hope this isn't offensive to you but just something maybe you need honestly ask yourself do you think maybe you use the nausea as an excuse to tell yourself its ok to smoke? To me it doesn't sound like you want this to be your only option in fighting your discomfort since your asking us for some advice so I would just encourage you to investigate the cause of the nausea and talk to your doctor about maybe prescription that would help you not get sick. I know I was on a perscription for a while after I had kidney surgery that specifically help with nausea. I Hope you find some relief it would be hard to have to deal with that feeling on a consistent basis.
