I found that I got a lot of energy from Apple Juice - try something like that - good luck!
What all are you eating?
I was allowed protein shakes. That kept my energy up. If you are doing clears, then I understand your weakness. If so, go to GNC and get some clear protein drinks.... Isopure. They aren't the best tasting, but they are decent and will get your energy up. Also try protein bullets.
Otherwise, try straining soup. It will help you get more good calories than the boxed broth.
I drank skim milk with Sugar Free Carnation Instant Breakfast for my "meals" during the liquid diet and I also ate a lot of SF jello all of which helped me to keep up my energy. If the not well that you are feeling is because of stress you could try a nice soothing chamomile or lavendar tea if it is your tummy that is causing you to not feel well try some spearamint or peppermint tea that will help to calm it. I know the LD can be difficult but just keep in the front of your mind the awesome prize you will get at the end! I hope you can find something to help you feel better! ~Nicole
Hang in there. The LD was torture for me too and I was so crabby and mad at the world for having to go through it. I hated people in general those 10 days and felt like no one understood the pain I was going through not being able to eat. I know it doesn't sound like much help but the only thing I can recommend is just to keep busy. For me when I got home from work was the worst time of the day so I just would go right to bed that way my days seemed shorter and it was just easier to get through. Use all the strength you can to make it through this part the rest of the process gets so much easier, especially when the weight starts to melt away.

I can totally sympathize, I just had my surgery last Thursday, so it's still fresh in my mind. I called my doctor and asked if I could have some vegetables in my chicken broth. No added fat or anything just veggies. And I added green onions and spices to it, like garlic pepper. If you use 99% fat free broth you can have it as much as you want between meals! It really made the LD tolerable. Also drinking broth made me feel like I was having something closer to food than a shake. After the 3-4th day it got better. I lost about 12 pounds on it.
You can do it.
