My apologies

Okay, so it's taken me a few more days than it took Kelly (it's that stubborn German in me).  I want to publicly apologize for how worked up I got in response to Barb K's post earlier this week.  Even though Barb's post said it wasn't directed at certain people unfortunately I couldn't help but feel attacked even though it wasn't her intention.   I too believe that this board is meant for support and encouragement and wish I would have responded differently.  I do believe that the post could have been written in a more supportive way and because it wasn't, I allowed myself to react very negatively causing undue drama.  Barb, I apologize that you felt attacked. I hope you understand that even though you didn't intend to attack me, that's unfortunately exactly how I felt and why I responded the way I did.  I believe that we all have to do what we (and our doctors) feel is right for our journey and ignore what others think might be best for us.  I didn't ignore it and apologize for that.  I truly hope we can move past all of this. Amen, Tracy.  It's the drawback to this kind of communication - I've said it before, and I'll say it again.  What we INTEND when we type something, isn't necessarily going to be the way it is PERCEIVED by others. You and Kelly have shown a lot of character in offering your apologies.  I hope Barb, who appears to have kept a low profile these past couple of days, can come back and understand that sh*t happens, we're all adults, and that everyone can get past the drama and learn to play together nice again.   C'mon, Minnesota Nice!!!  DO YOUR THING!!!

Anyone that has met you or Kelly, and known both of your kind good hearted nature would know that that wasn't either of you. Both of you are very supportive people.

I agree with Darla, it takes a lot of character to come on here and publicly apologize. You should both be admired, and respected for that.

Hope your bonfire goes well. Wish I could be there!!!!
