Tip I learned this weekend
Just thought I would share a snack tip I learned this weekend. When you are going to have a snack to a couple of minutes of exercise to get your metabolism revved up! While at work I go up & down the stairs 3-4 times then do push ups against my desk and then do wall sits. It takes 2-3 minutes and will really help make sure that food gets metabolized! We also learned that it works best to pair a little complex carb with the protien (so fruit & nuts or apple or celery with nut butter). **Disclaimer: Please note I am not trying to tell people to start snacking, do whatever your program/nutritionist tells you to do I just wanted to offer these tips to those who do have snacks.**
