5/21 Today I will....
Good Wednesday Morning! Looks like I am the early bird again this morning so here goes! Today I will...really get in 100 ounces of water (or my water w/a little bit cranberry juice or herbal tea), be mindful of my eating, go to yoga class and really give 120%, clean the kitchen in my old apartment, get the internet working at my new apartment, get some clothes hung up/put away, relax before 10:30 pm! Yesterday I...get in all 100 ounces of water--only made it to 64 ounces
, remember to take my calcium with lunch--yup but I forgot it at dinner--oops!, be mindful while eating--yes I stretched my lunch out through the entire 30 minutes, go grocery shopping for clean/whole foods to start cleansing diet tomorrow--yup it ended up being a bit more expensive than I thought but I got everything I need and stocked up on some new foods I will be using more often, check on transferring my prescription to the pharmacy close to my new place--everything is transferred and I am picking it up this evening, get my old apartment vaccuumed and possibley scrub the floor of the kitchen & bathroom--got the entire place vacuumed (even along the floorboards) and scrubbed the entire bathroom, get in all 3 meals and 1-2 snacks--got in all three meals, but only one snack, relax a little--not really I didn't actually sit down until almost 11 pm last night!

Good morning all.....Sorry I've been a little MIA, I have a virus again and it's kept me pretty down. I've kept off 3 pounds from the LD, holding at 151 pounds.
Today I will:
Drink 80 oz.
Eat 3 meals, protein first
Do treadmill 2-3 times, depends on my energy level........sit ups
Be mindfull on what I eat, No carbs.......
Take a walk outside. it's beautiful out today.
Take my vitamins and antibiotic, always good with this.....
Yesterday:
Only drank 48 oz.
Ate 2 meals, skipped breakfast because Doctor appt.
Didn't work out, oops
Had 1/2 slice of bread for tuna salad sandwich, oops
I guess it was not a good day........I'll do better today

Happy hump day :)
Today I will:
- take my vitamins and pills
- DRINK! WATER!
- eat real food not just protein bars
- Stay upbeat and happy through the stress
Yesterday I:
- walk my buns off! a good pace and MUSIC!
I walked and figured out that 2.5 laps on the road is a mile so made it 2 miles. Nothing overly exciting but considering I wouldn't make it even 1/8th of a mile 6 months ago, it's not bad!
- drink more water than yesterday
did this - still not as much as I want but it gets better each day
- vitamins!
got all vitamins and pills in
- SMILE! and LAUGH! and keep an upbeat mood
This is just plain hard to do. Some of the guys didn't know I was done Friday so had to go through the whole long speel of why I"m going to be gone. I ended up crying at my desk and couldn't get away as I had the accountables there and couldn't just leave them. I also was told I have until Thursday night to decide if I want to pursue this and fight it or if I will voluntarily resign... I swore they would never break me but I feel fissures breaking out... Thanks goodness I'm off to the therapist today and can throw some of this out.

I might make a trip to Duluth to see my son this weekend, are you going to be around? If so, PM me your number and I'll call ya if we go up there and maybe we could meet up for a quick coffee or something.
