Congratulations on 3 years!!  You are an inspiration to those of us that are still newly on this road. I admire your healthy attitude about the little weight gain.  You have my encouragement to help you back on track! Debi

You have done a great job too, I often wonder what happened to our third sister.  I hope she is doing well too.  Funny how we had surgery together then had our grandkids so close together.  We could take a few walks together before we're done.  Congratulations on a successful three years for you too Lynn!
