Good Morning everyone!  Since I haven't seen anyone else start this thread for the day thought I would get us started!  Today I will...get in all 100 ounces of water, remember to take my calcium with lunch, be mindful while eating, go grocery shopping for clean/whole foods to start cleansing diet tomorrow, check on transferring my prescription to the pharmacy close to my new place, get my old apartment vaccuumed and possibley scrub the floor of the kitchen & bathroom, get in all 3 meals and 1-2 snacks, relax a little!  Yesterday I...go to my nutrition appointment @9:30--yup, got the go ahead on the cleanse diet and nutrition plan, drink 120 ounces of water--I got maybe half of my water in yesterday since we were moving all day I didn't have much time to drink except when driving back and forth, get in all of my meals (breakfast, am snack, lunch, pm snack, dinner)--not really mostly had snacks between breakfast and dinner, get completely moved into my new apartment and get my old apartment cleaned--well I got everything moved, but didn't get the cleaning done, make it through the yoga sculpt class tonight--didn't make it there due to moving taking a bit longer than expected, and eat clean--did this!

Thanks for getting us going Nicole!!  Great to see you are doing good and I can hardly wait to hear about you adventures while setting up the new apartment!! Today I will: - walk my buns off!  a good pace and MUSIC! - drink more water than yesterday - vitamins! - SMILE! and LAUGH! and keep an upbeat mood Yesterday I: - get and take all vitamins     did great on this! - walk     Sure did and darn near froze to death!  lol  I had to come in and get warmer clothes on... the sunshine in MN doesn't necessarily mean it's warm out!  lol - go to work with a smile and kind word for folks     did my darnest!  and I think I succeeded at this.  It's hard seeing some of these folks for what may be the last time for a long time.  many of us don't fraternize outside of work... so it's pretty sad. - water water water....     I did better than I have been!  I'll continue on that track today as well!

I know, I'm slipping on the job, but here it goes.

Today I will:

NOT SMOKE!!!! I quit 11 years ago, and started up again a month ago when under a great deal of stress. Time to kick it again.

Get in my water: 100 oz,

Eat 3 meals today, keeping calories and protein in mind.

Get a walk in tonight.

Meet a friend for coffee.

Since I didn't do so well yesterday, and didn't post I will have to pass on that one...But please everyone, make me accountable for the smoking!!!! I really need it right now as much as I need wls support.
