My Vacation Wow moments!
I just got back from spending a week in Key West. FL it was my first vacation after surgery. There were a lot WOW moments for me. Like no seat belt extender!!!!! I didn't have to worry about fitting certain places or getting too tired to walk long distances. It was sunny and about 95 degrees nearly the entire time we were there and I was actually comfortable. Before surgery I would have died from the heat and all the walking we did. I think this was the first vacation that I actually lost weight on!!! At first I was a little nervous because my husband kept saying we were going to eat, drink, and be merry on our vacation well he didn't quite get that eating and drinking really don't make me merry these days. But once I explained that to him he changed his thinking and we just relaxed and had a blast.
