Monday Cofee Talk....LATE
Good Monday morning everyone! Well, it's past time to rise and shine! I am late! My ISP was down this a.m. Lucy and I have been to Momma Sue's for breakfast and I have had my coffee. It's been a great morning already! Our challenge today is to focus outward. Our lives are so caught up in us since WLS. We look great! We feel better! We have challenges we face that we have to focus on in both WLS issues and life issues as well. But our lives are not all about us. Let's focus on someone else today. Make a phone call. Send a flower. Send a card. Do something to think of someone else other than yourself today. You'll make someone else feel good and you'll feel good at the same time! I dare ya. Have you had your coffee? Sipping on water? I've had my Folger's this a.m. and it sure was good. Ya'll have a wonderful and blessed Monday as you focus on someone else!

Great post as always.......I enjoy doing things for other people.
This morning I ordered and Edible fruit flower bouquet for my nurse that is retiring. She had been my family Doctor's nurse since I started going there 18 years ago. I will miss her so much..........It really feels good to do something for someone else.
I'm sipping on some hot tea as I have a sore throat.
