Interested in a Horsey/BBQ day??

Well Darla has been wanting to come out and spend time with my horses and just wondering if anyone else is interested?    Maybe we could do a potluck BBQ also.....I have a big yard, 4 wheelers and horses that love to be brushed and I even have one that we might be able to ride.  (She hurt herself after the horse show on Saturday, but I am hoping to get the vet out within the next day or two and hopefully they can fix her so we can ride her again soon.) So let me know if anyone is interested in something like this and if there is enough interest maybe we can get something planned. Thanks ~Jodi~

ME!!! ME!!! ME!!!   Oh - wait, you already knew about me.  I DO need to clarify one thing, tho - you said I want to spend time with your horses, which is true, but I definitely want to get to know YOU!!!   We haven't met, you seem like a really neat person to me - look at how far you've come??  It's so obvious you're feeling GOOD about yourself, by the actual FACE SHOT you have for your avatar now!  I think it's amazing to see everyone's confidence and self esteem grow by way of what they're willing to reveal of themselves.  And yes, and I envy your life with horsies!  I'd LOVE to listen to all the stories you must have about your experiences with them!  Getting outside, brushing them and smelling horsie dookey, laughing, it just sounds like a fabulous day! I'm sorry your horse hurt herself, tho - I sure hope it isn't anything serious!  I don't need to ride to be happy, just being around horses puts an atomic grin on my face!

Hey, neighbor!  Even though I have an Elk River mailing address, I actually live in Big Lake Township....not too far from Zimmerman anyway.  I am awaiting word (this week?!) on insurance approval from Dr. Baker's office, so I can get my surgery scheduled.   Rather than cause a distraction on this thread with questions about your experience with Dr. Baker, would it be OK for me to send a PM to you? That sounds like fun. Keep me posted I had this friend who used to take me out on the weekends to work with her horses.  It was a lot of fun.  I forgot everything now, but that is one of my goals when I reach my targeted weight is to try and ride and work with them again.  Thanks
