Howdy Sue!! I think the SF CIB is too sweet for me, so I mix a scoop of unjury unflavored in it and it really tones it way down to the point that it tastes like choc milk.  I like it that way.  It's just so high in calories compared to the Isopure. How'd your day go??? Debi

Hi Deb! How'd your first day go?   I didn't do too badly. My supper smoothie was strawberry  CIB with fresh strawberries  tossed in.  Makes it more satisfying with a little ooomph to it. But I am having difficulty drinking ALL tha****er. I guess I'm gonna be trotting to the bathroom all night! And do I have to mention 'head hunger'?  Like a devil sitting in the shoulder saying 'eat this bread.....eat this....." So I have another litre of water! Good luck tomorrow!

Sue, Your head hunger devil is sitting on my shoulder too...  Those carbs are so bad!  In so many ways... I really regret ever letting myself get hooked again, and it happened so FAST!  I hope this helps take away that craving for them and helps us all get back on track again. Your smoothie sounds nummy!  I need to get a bullet or blender or something.  One of these days, I'll break down and get one. I had a good day.  Got in all my water plus about 16 oz extra.  Got in all my protein through shakes.  Had some sf pudding and a sf popsicle for treats.  This helped me get through some of the head hunger today.  The pudding is so filling!  Plus I made the sf jell-o, sf pudding and sf cool whip mixture - I'll have that for a treat tomorrow.  I love it, but I can't eat much at a time, it makes me dump if I do - I think it's all the sf stuff (the fake sweetners) that get me. I bought some tuna and canned chicken in small cans for Wednesday and am looking forward to that.  Plus I want to make the tuna patties.  I LOVE THEM!!! Oh, OK, I need to stop talking about food... On another note, not food related, the sweet guy at work I like and flirt with and flirts with me, gave me a small gift today.  Things are slow going with him, but I think we're heading in the right direction and I love the fact that we are friends and have been for 7 years, so he's seen me big and small and has liked me both ways.  OK, now I'm dreaming about Rick and not food anymore.... Take care and will talk to you more tomorrow!!  Good luck!! Debi

Hi Jimmy! You've got two days on us and survived! Yeah for you. What are you eating on day 3? The pouch test website says canned chicken and tuna. Ooohh....can't wait

I had some scrambled eggs with Diced deli ham and some cheese for Breakfast. For a snack at work I had a can of Salmon in a small container and for lunch I am thinking canned chicken with a little mayo and maybe a cheese stick! At this point I would give anything for a salad but will wait until the weekend. I think for Dinner I will try the recipe online with the tuna patties just for something hot!! Good luck everyone Like I said the first two days I think are the hardest! Jim

Have you ever tried the tuna patties?? They are so YUMMY!!!  I make them occasionally and even my son loves them.  In fact, the last time I made them, I made extra for a day or two of quick food, but my son ate them during the night.  I was so mad! I had soup for lunch, the split pea on the website and more of it for dinner because it was so filling.  I had some SF pudding for a snack and right now am eating a SF popsicle.  You forget just how much you enjoy chewing!
